Good service, good communication and a super set of glasses!!

After visiting the Sunglass Hut in Stratford Westfield, I was very pleased with the service they provide and felt compelled to do a review.

The assistant (Shelcea) who served me couldn’t have been more helpful. She resolved my glasses issue quickly that I bought from oxford Circus branch .

I definitely will be back and recommend if I ever need to purchase more glasses or have an issue with any of my existing ones.

I ordered sunglasses from their adverstisement on Instagram. It took them over 3 weeks to mail my product, let alone they sent me the wrong sunglasses. This store/website is a SCAM. They advertisement products that are over 50% percent off to get you to order from them. Warning! Do Not Order from these people. Its a totat SCAM! I learned my lesson the hard way. Pass this on to your friends and family.

She looked up my purchase and found the sunglasses at another location and had them shipped to the store! I was thrilled and so thankful that she took the time to help me.

This company is not particularly professional. While I haven't ordered anything from them yet, I sent them a query by email with a view to make a purchase afterwards. However, they haven't even bothered responding, yet, I have received repeated emails asking me whether my query has been dealt with. The latest email stated that if my query still hasn't been dealt with I should email them my name and telephone number so they can call me back to respond to it. This is utterly ridiculous. Why not just respond to my email in good time like a normal company? The way they conduct themselves as a business in just plain weird!

We bought 2pairs of Raybans polarized and was supposed to be delivered 2 to 3 days later and it's been a week and no glasses yet!

Don't buy from sunglass hut! Unless you appreciate zero customer service! They MAY help you if you have a problem with your sunglasses in the first 60 days. Other than that you are on your own!

Horrible customer service, would not recommend the rundle st street store.just go to the sunglass hut in the myer center. More range and willing to help instead of treating customers like scum

The variety was promising and the cashier was attentive but the price tag said far $22 something and the cashier said the sunglasses were actually $169.34. There were also signs indicating that all pairs were on sale. I could've gotten sunglasses cheaper anywhere else sunglasses are sold so I walked out on that purchase. I hope nobody else is crazy enough to buy those sunglasses after hearing a price like that.

I have nothing good to say about Sunglasshut. From sending replacement items after being contacted several times to confirm that I wanted a REFUND, to then making me wait over 15 days (and counting) from when my return reached their warehouse. Whilst waiting I have been insulted with poxy promo code offers. What sort of company is this??? This is a very poor look, and a shame that your customer service has deterred me from buying your high quality products. I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY!
